My Story
I'm Barbara Handfield, founder of GT Life Coaching, based in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands. My journey into wellness coaching grew from a deep understanding that every woman deserves to live authentically and purposefully, free from the shadows of past experiences.
With specialized expertise in trauma-informed coaching, I've dedicated my practice to helping women, particularly survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV), rediscover their strength and rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose.
My Mission
To empower women to transform their lives through expert guidance, practical tools, and unwavering support. I envision a world where every woman has the resources and confidence to embrace their true self and live a life filled with purpose, joy, and authenticity.
